Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) based in Spain to drive growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin and other channels. You will own paid campaigns, manage large budgets, optimize CAC, ROAS and LTV, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams to craft data-driven campaigns. You will design experiments, leverage attribution tools, analyze cohorts, and expand campaigns into new markets while maintaining profitability.
