BidMachine Exchange is seeking a Head of Exchange Product & Operations to own commercial and operational performance of its programmatic exchange. The role interfaces with C-level partners, delivers on growth targets, and guides automation and product vision across the exchange. The candidate will lead strategic projects, write clear product requirements, and contribute hands-on to critical initiatives, including AI-assisted coding and testing of auction components, while navigating a
