Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize all HR operational processes, including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and employee data management.

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.

Ensure compliance with all Spanish labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes.

Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision‑making.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage vendor relationships for HR systems and services.

Lead and mentor the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Drive projects related to HR process automation and digital transformation.

Ensure a seamless and positive employee experience regarding HR services.
