Remote Senior Project Manager

with a strong background in product development to join their innovative team. This is a fully remote ( Yes ) position, allowing top talent to contribute from anywhere. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development lifecycle of new products, from conceptualization and design through to launch and post‑launch analysis. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and a proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional teams in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new product development projects.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

Manage and mentor cross‑functional product development teams (engineering, design, marketing, QA).

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.

Ensure high‑quality product releases through effective planning and execution of testing strategies.

Manage project budgets,



tracking expenses and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all levels of the organization.

Drive continuous improvement within the product development process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on product development.

Proven track record of successfully launching software or hardware products.

Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong technical understanding of the product development lifecycle and relevant technologies.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fully remote setting.
