Develop and implement a comprehensive global communication strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach, press release development, and securing positive media coverage in key international markets. Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company vision and values. Craft compelling messaging for executive leadership, including speeches, presentations, and strategic communications. Manage corporate reputation and crisis communications, proactively identifying potential risks and developing response plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry analysts, and other key stakeholders globally. Collaborate with marketing, product, and HR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns. Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Develop communication plans for product launches, significant company announcements, and other strategic initiatives. Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to support communication efforts.
