Project Lead

for process improvement initiatives. This is a

fully remote

position, allowing you to contribute from any location while collaborating with teams across various industrial sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects aimed at enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and implementing new technological solutions within industrial settings. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to identify areas for improvement and drive impactful change. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage projects in complex environments, all within a remote framework. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of process improvement projects in industrial environments. Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management. Analyze existing industrial processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement. Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project objectives are met. Oversee the selection and implementation of new technologies and equipment. Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.



Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success and identify lessons learned. Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions for remote teams. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, specifically within industrial or manufacturing sectors. Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Experience managing remote teams and utilizing collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management software. Ability to travel occasionally if required, though the role is primarily

remote
