Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority strategic projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets,



and risk assessments. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and deviations from the plan. Ensure clear and consistent communication channels are maintained with all stakeholders. Implement and refine project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projects. Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
