I'm looking for

2 Forward Deployed Engineers

for a long-term project with an international pharmaceutical organisation, focused on building innovative AI solutions and delivering business impact. Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered MVPs, from discovery to implementation. Work directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership. Build GenAI and agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, Lambda, S3 and API Gateway. Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents and LLM evaluation frameworks. Integrate enterprise data using Snowflake and ensure security and governance standards. 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML or data engineering. Strong Python and SQL skills. Hands-on experience with AWS and production-grade GenAI/agentic AI solutions. Experience with RAG, agent orchestration and LLM evaluation. Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform. Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end MVP delivery experience. Pharma or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
