A rapidly growing international developer is seeking an experienced

HR Director

to lead the people strategy for its expanding European business. This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation during a significant growth phase and build the HR function across a fast-paced environment delivering major digital infrastructure and engineering projects across Europe. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in organisational growth, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement and the development of a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Partner with executive leadership on organisational design and workforce planning. Lead talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Develop compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks. Drive employee engagement, retention and leadership development programmes. Establish scalable HR policies, processes and governance structures.



Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices. Build and lead the HR function as the organisation continues to expand. Requirements

Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position. Experience supporting rapidly growing organisations. Strong background in talent acquisition, organisational development and employee engagement. Experience working within engineering, infrastructure, construction, technology or data centre environments is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
