About the Role

We are looking for a professional with experience in managing and supporting everything related to the student experience within an educational institution (university, college, training center).

Responsibilities

- Support student admissions and the administrative student lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with academic regulations and manage student incidents.
- Provide guidance on academic procedures, services, and institutional resources.
- Support international students’ linguistic, cultural, and institutional integration.
- Organise intercultural activities and student engagement initiatives.
- Identify student wellbeing needs and refer to appropriate support services.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful campus environment.
- Communicate key information on academic calendars, regulations, and events.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education,



Psychology, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree valued).

Required Skills

- Previous experience in student services, academic administration, or higher education environments (international context highly valued).
- Experience working with international or multicultural student populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Problem‑solving mindset and capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- High level of English (C1/C2); additional languages are an asset.
- Confident user of digital tools, student information systems, and learning management platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard).
