Plan, organize,



and coordinate a variety of extracurricular and recreational activities for children (ages 5-12). Develop program schedules, activity plans, and budgets in collaboration with the center's management. Supervise and lead activity instructors and volunteers, ensuring quality delivery of programs. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in the programs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding program schedules, activities, and student progress. Source and manage relationships with external providers and partners for specialized activities. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. Manage program registration, attendance, and related administrative tasks. Promote the extracurricular programs within the school community and local area. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during program activities. Requirements

Higher education degree or equivalent experience in Education, Recreation Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating or managing extracurricular activities or youth programs. Proven ability to plan and execute engaging activities for children. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of child development and safety principles. Experience in budget management and vendor relations is a plus. Ability to work effectively in both on-site and remote settings. Passion for child development and creating positive youth experiences.
