You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and remotely assist on complex technical issues, with occasional on-site visits. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Italian, you will collaborate with field service engineers and SUS/FSE teams, manage escalation, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to CET working hours.
