NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, diagnose problems and drive rapid resolutions to restore service and maintain SLA commitments. You will work across diverse environments, leveraging service assurance tools and documented procedures, log all incidents accurately, escalate when needed and keep clients informed throughout the resolution process.
