We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Content Creator to bring our content strategy to life. You’ll be responsible for the full video production cycle: from setting up the stage and recording, to editing, publishing, and optimizing performance across YouTube and social media platforms.

Full-cycle production: record podcasts, training sessions, live streams, and video content.

Scene & technical setup: manage lighting, cameras, microphones, and stage design to ensure professional quality.

Editing & postproduction: edit video content using professional tools, add effects, animations, and integrate AI-generated clips.

Platform optimization: produce shorts, reels, and platform-tailored content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

Creative input: contribute ideas, experiment with formats, and push innovation in storytelling.

Content scheduling: organize and maintain a structured video content calendar.

Performance analysis: track YouTube and social media KPIs to continuously optimize content impact.

Collaborative mindset: actively participate in feedback loops within a highly creative and dynamic team.

Background doing the full life-cycle production: record podcasts, training sessions, live streams, and video content.
