Medtronic in Europe, Middle East and Africa seeks a full-time remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted system and the DS1 AI platform. You will support Health Care Professionals, SUS and FSEs, explaining complex issues from operating room environments and driving continuous improvement. You will work 8:00–16:30 CET with on-call hours; requires engineering degree and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian.
