Our beautiful resort in San Agustín is looking for a proactive and Technical Responsible to keep our little paradise by the Atlantic in tip-top technical condition. Would you like to put your expertise to use where eternal spring reigns? Then you’ve come to the right place!

What you can expect

- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the technical department
- Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all technical systems and facilities
- Planning and coordinating minor maintenance and renovation projects
- Implementing maintenance and repair plans, as well as monitoring and overseeing their progress
- Providing support with the annual budgeting of costs for maintenance, upkeep and energy
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with approved maintenance and investment budgets
- Organising and conducting property inspections
- Creating and checking shift schedules
- Training new staff, managing and coaching existing team members

What you bring along

- Extensive training and professional experience in the technical services sector (several years’ professional experience as a manager or team leader would be an advantage)
- Category B driving licence




- Good English and Spanish language skills (basic knowledge of German would be an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Reliability and the ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
