Technical Sales Support Specialist – German Market

Our client is an established industrial company with a long track record in the design and manufacture of cooling equipment and an international presence, particularly across Europe. To support its business in Germany, the company is looking for a German-speaking Technical Sales Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers, support the local sales team and coordinate projects for the German market. This is an opportunity for someone with a technical background who enjoys working with customers and handling a varied role in an international environment.

Candidates at the beginning of their careers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a direct point of contact for German customers, providing technical support and responding to product and project enquiries.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team in Germany.
- Coordinate projects for equipment sold in the German market, working closely with customers, the sales team and headquarters in Spain.
- Facilitate clear communication between the German market and the relevant internal teams.
- Keep track of customer requests and project requirements, ensuring structured and reliable follow-up.
- Technical hands-on involvement in projects.

Requirements

- Native-level German and fluent English,



both spoken and written.
- Technical education, such as vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong customer and service orientation, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- A structured, organized and independent approach to work.
- Flexibility and willingness to handle a broad range of technical, commercial and coordination tasks.
- Willingness to travel across Europe, particularly within the DACH region

Preferred Qualifications

- Initial experience in technical sales support, customer service or project coordination, ideally in an industrial environment. Previous professional experience is welcome but not essential.
- Commercial training, such as an industrial business qualification, combined with a technical background.
- Spanish language skills would be an advantage but are not required for candidates who communicate fluently in English.
