Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 platform. The role focuses on delivering remote technical support to healthcare professionals, startup specialists, and field service engineers across EMEA. The adecuado candidate has a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, 4+ years of robotics experience, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian. Occasional onsite training and travel may be required.
