Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo RAS and DS1 across EMEA. The role requires strong engineering background, multilingual communication, and experience with robotics in a capital equipment environment. Candidate will provide remote technical support to HCP, SUS, and FSE, escalate issues, and collaborate with peers. Occasional domestic and international on-site work is possible, with standard hours and on-call rotation.
