Customer Value Manager As a Customer Value Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to You will blend deep product and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set and a keen interest in analytics and change management. You will work closely with strategic customers, collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and the Product Team, increasing Customer Value and supporting the development of customer centric Products.



5+ years experience in Management or Strategy Consulting, Value Departments in a Software (ideally SaaS) Company or a Center of Excellence Hands-on expertise in client delivery, project management and business development data-driven value generation Strong communication and presentation skills in English and one more European language Excellent degree in Management, Business Information Systems or other business or Engineering related subjects Translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Social Links analyses for key customer segments Support the Customer Success Managers and Account Executives developing and documenting Customer Success Stories Truly general presence.
