Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform across EMEA. You will provide remote technical support to healthcare professionals, SUS and FSEs, acting as a technical liaison and driving issue escalation when needed. The role requires a strong background in robotics/motion control, excellent communication across languages, and the ability to work across multiple sites domestically and internationally.
