Are you an experienced mason looking for a reliable, long-term opportunity on the island of Mallorca? A local construction and development firm is currently seeking a skilled Second-Category Mason to join its team for ongoing civil engineering and urbanization projects in Inca. In this role, you will work directly on-site, contributing to infrastructure improvements and site development across the area. This position offers a full-time schedule and a permanent employment contract, giving you job security and clear, steady working hours in central Mallorca. In your day-to-day work on the job site, you will collaborate with the construction crew and perform essential masonry tasks under the supervision and guidance of your site foreman. Your key responsibilities will include: Laying and aligning curbstones in urbanization and civil construction works. Preparing, conditioning, and leveling ground surfaces prior to paving. Providing hands-on support during paving and surfacing activities. Performing auxiliary masonry and site preparation tasks as assigned by the supervisor.



Complying with occupational health and safety standards throughout all work phases. To be considered for this position, you should have practical experience in civil works and general construction, alongside the ability to carry out physical work efficiently outdoors. The main requirements include: At least 12 months of proven professional experience in masonry, bricklaying, or civil infrastructure works. Familiarity with surface preparation, curb alignment, and general building techniques. Ability to follow operational guidelines and technical instructions precisely. A cooperative mindset, dependability, and strong commitment to team safety.
