Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Services Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform across EMEA. You will assist healthcare professionals, start-up specialists, and field service engineers, guiding troubleshooting and remote resolution of complex technical issues. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, multilingual communication, and the ability to operate in a high-stakes operating room environment with occasional onsite work and a defined CET work window.
