Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics across Europe, supporting Hugo and DS1 systems. You will communicate complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, start-up specialists, and field engineers, with a focus on remote assistance and occasional international onsite support. You should have an engineering degree with robotics/motion control experience, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and strong problem-solving abilities.
