A construction and property development company is currently seeking a skilled Machinery Operator to join its team in Inca. If you value stability, a predictable Monday-to-Friday schedule, and hands-on site operations across varied civil works and building projects, this position offers an idóneo environment for you. You will play an essential part in site preparation, excavation, and earthworks throughout the local area.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Driving and operating mini-backhoes and compact excavators (minirretroexcavadora and minipala) on active worksites.
- Executing excavation tasks, material handling, earth movement, and loading soil safely.
- Opening and backfilling trenches for installations and structural foundations.
- Levelling, grading, and conditioning terrain to prepare construction surfaces accurately.
- Performing routine maintenance checks and ensuring safe machinery operations at all times.
To qualify for this position, you bring practical experience and the ability to operate construction machinery with precision:
- At least 12 months of documented work experience operating mini-excavators, mini-backhoes, or comparable site machinery.
- A valid Class B driving licence.
- High safety awareness, precision in handling equipment, and a reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate smoothly with the rest of the construction team.
This position offers structured working conditions and long-term security in Mallorca:
- An indefinite, permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido).
- A gross annual salary of €23,092.85.
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Fixed location in Inca, giving you regular daytime hours with your evenings and weekends free.
