You'll own the creative bets behind seven-figure monthly ad spend. In your pod, you run the full loop: research the market, pitch evidence-backed hypotheses and ideas, write the scripts, brief the editors, review the videos, and turn performance data into your next bet.

Responsibilities

Research & Ideation

- Weekly research on customers (VOC, surveys), competitors, and winning ads to find your next creative bets
- Turn insight into evidence-backed hypotheses — never a guess

Direct Response Copywriting

- Write hooks, short-form VSLs, image ads, and native-style ads
- Write persuasive copy that follows our compliance guidelines

Briefing & Video Review

- Write briefs sharp enough that editors nail it in minimal cycles
- Review every video until it's launch-ready
- Analyze performance and fatigue signals: kill, scale, iterate, or explore
- Run constant hook tests and variations; weekly learnings feed everything you ship next
- Use AI (Claude) as a real tool daily — research, copywriting, analysis, ideation

Who You Are

- Native-level English, written and spoken — your copy must emotionally resonate with US consumers
- Proven record of DR ads that generated 7-figure results




- Strong at research and VOC — customer data, surveys, competitor ads
- Skilled at translating performance data into briefs and creative hypotheses
- Strong at using Claude (or equivalent AI) across your workflow
- Great at giving and receiving direct feedback
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- A missionary, not a mercenary — you want to help change how the world sleeps and build with us for years, not quarters

What Success Looks Like

- Week 1: Full grasp of our products, creative library, and audience — plus your first list of creative bets from auditing our winners and losers - you will be guided by our Creative Lead
- Week 2: Your first variations live on existing winners; your first ads scripted, briefed, and in production - you will be guided by our Creative Lead
- Day 30: Multiple ads you ideated shipped, including at least 2 new ads live. You now operate in full autonomy and gained trust through the ideas you pitched.
- Day 60: At least one of your ads gaining traction at our testing benchmarks
