Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a remote team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts for advertising campaigns, digital content, branding initiatives, and more.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and strategic goals.
- Present creative strategies and concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating vision and rationale effectively.
- Collaborate closely with account management, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain a high standard of creative excellence and innovation across all projects.
- Mentor and guide junior creative staff, fostering their professional development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative and digital marketing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial position.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including successful campaigns and branding projects, demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams in a remote environment.
- Exceptional understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and design principles.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creative software and an understanding of digital production processes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
