The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Client Services team on a maternity cover contract. The role can be based in either our London or Madrid office.

You’ll lead medium to large projects, keeping coordination, clarity and delivery strong across teams and clients. You’ll help shape ways of working, manage complexity and make sure our work delivers against strategic, creative and business objectives, while supporting the development of more junior team members.

What you’ll do

- Lead the planning and coordination of medium to large projects, ensuring clarity, structure and efficiency

- Act as a key contact for clients, managing communication,



expectations and project flow

- Present project updates and keep work aligned with client objectives

- Oversee project budgets, timelines and operational performance, identifying and managing risks

- Define and improve ways of working across strategy, design and client teams

- Mentor junior team members, driving accountability and high delivery standards

- Spot opportunities to expand scope within existing clients and contribute to new business proposals

About you

- Solid experience in client services or project management within a brand consultancy, design or creative agency

- Proven ability to run medium to large projects and manage multiple workstreams

- Strong understanding of client context and business needs, and how delivery creates impact

- Confident with budgets, timelines and risk management

- A proactive problem solver who anticipates issues before they arise

- Comfortable working across international, multidisciplinary teams
