WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

You will be part of a team that drives Grupo Oesía's growth from your area of expertise, with a direct impact on the projects and the people who make the company possible.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?

- Lead end-to-end Process Mining projects.
- Analyze processes and identify inefficiencies, deviations, and bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation.
- Define KPIs, improvement plans, and business cases.
- Coordinate business, process, data, and technology teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Experience in Process Mining and tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, or ARIS.
- Knowledge of BPMN, SQL, and process management.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Nice to have: RPA, AI, Task Mining, Python, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics 365.
- Projects with real technological impact.
