Join our team working on national and international projects We are looking for a Ground Segment Senior Systems Engineer with experience in ground segment systems engineering, requirements management, system architecture, interface control documentation, integration, verification and validation activities for space systems to join projects focused on the design, development, integration, and technical management of space ground segment solutions for satellite, communications, and defense programs. Define, manage, and maintain system requirements, architecture, and interface control documentation for ground segment projects. Coordinate system integration, verification, and validation activities throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the technical interface with customers, translating operational needs into engineering solutions. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and external partners, ensuring technical compliance and project alignment. Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience with requirements engineering, system architecture, and interface control documentation. Working knowledge of software development lifecycle tools,



including Git, Jira, and Confluence, and ability to interpret UML diagrams and system models. High level of English.
