About the Role
We are looking for German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a customer support team in Madrid. You will provide professional assistance to customers while using your fluent German and Spanish communication skills. Your Responsibilities
* Provide customer support and assistance
* Communicate with customers in German and Spanish
* Handle customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Follow the required processes and procedures Requirements
* Fluent German
* Fluent Spanish
* Strong communication skills
* Customer-oriented and professional approach
* Availability to work on-site in Madrid
* Flexibility to work shifts
What We Offer
* €22,800 gross annual base salary
* €1,200 annual SRV bonus
* Comprehensive training
* Initial 3-month temporary contract, with the intention to convert to a permanent contract
* Shift-based schedule
* Multiple start dates available Training Training is mandatory and will take place:
* First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00
* Following period: 09:00–16:00
