Job Description

What you'll do
...
* Verify receiving and storage procedures daily to ensure they are being followed.
* Verify that products are received, issued, documented, stored and ordered according to company guidelines.
* Coordinate with other departments on operational issues related to the warehouse when necessary.
* Maintain the file of requisition forms, ensuring that they are duly completed and acknowledged by the requesting party. The original copy of the applications is sent to cost control.
* Ensure that all items stored in freezers are properly packed in plastic bags and labeled with appropriate labels.




* Regularly inspect all stocks to determine the probability of deterioration and segregate those for priority issuance.
* Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of hygiene in all storage areas. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
* +2 years of experience in a hotel's accounting department.
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast‐paced environment and have a high‐level attention to detail.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* You take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
* You learn quickly and adapt to SLS's unique culture.
* You are humble and open to ideas. We leave our ego at the door and help get things done.
