* Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post-sales requests
* Handle outbound calls when necessary to resolve issues with customers and internal teams
* Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
* Maintain knowledge of the Store portfolio and post-sales processes
* Manage customer post-sales tasks: order cancellations, claims, follow-up on orders and deliveries, refund requests, and escalations Your Qualifications We value diverse backgrounds, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

* Proficient or bilingual Dutch and advanced English skills
* Minimum 1 year relevant experience
* Strong communication and customer care skills
* Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
* Achievement and target-oriented, customer-driven, motivated for sales
* IT knowledge and technical understanding

€19,900 gross/year + bonus up to €2,000 gross/year, private medical insurance
