Experience:




2 to 6 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining the fast‐paced sourcing agility of an agency with the strategic business partnering of an in‐house role. A strong understanding of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets is essential.
* Market Expertise: Proven success in recruiting for Tech, Support, or Sales roles on an international scale, with a mastery of direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.
* Tech & Data Savvy: Hands‐on experience with modern ATS platforms and a genuine passion for data‐driven recruitment and applying AI practices to enhance your workflow.
* Matrix Agility: You thrive in fast‐paced, complex environments and are completely comfortable managing cross‐border recruitment pipelines.
* Mindset & Soft
