Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
* Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Manage and enhance the data model supporting IT performance measurement and reporting.
* Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and consistency.
* Design, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure product adoption, operational performance, and business value.
* Develop actionable insights through dashboards and reporting solutions.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback, data analysis, and business priorities.
* Ensure transparency and effective communication with stakeholders through regular reporting and governance activities.




* Support IT transformation initiatives by promoting performance, innovation, and agility. Required Experience
* 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Data Product Owner, or similar role.
* Proven experience managing digital products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to continuous improvement.
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
* Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and product features.
* Experience in user research, testing, adoption monitoring, and feedback collection.
* Proven track record delivering data-driven products that generate measurable business outcomes.
* Previous experience working in data-centric environments.
* Experience interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in Product Management and Agile methodologies.
* Solid knowledge of Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Modeling.
* Experience defining and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
