Experteer Overview In this role you will design and implement secure cloud foundation services for an enterprise-scale financial platform, with emphasis on IAM, multi-tenant isolation, and secure connectivity. You will own cloud governance models and platform security boundaries to support multiple teams at scale. You will develop production-grade Python solutions and drive automation for governance and access control. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to meet regulatory standards and respond to on-call incidents with resilience in mind. • Design and enforce IAM policies and least-privilege access across multi-account or multi-project environments
• Own cloud governance models and platform security boundaries to support multi-team environments at scale
• Architect and implement multi-tenant isolation mechanisms, private networking and secure connectivity patterns




• Develop production-grade solutions in Python with modular system design and robust error handling
• Diagnose and resolve business-critical issues during on-call rotations to ensure resilience
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to maintain regulatory and compliance alignment
• Drive automation and tooling for governance, policy validation and access control enforcement
• Continuously assess platform maturity and recommend improvements to strengthen security and reduce risk Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated experience owning enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure governance (IAM, control-plane design, security boundaries)
• Hands-on proficiency in cloud foundations for at least one major provider (Azure, AWS, or equivalent) including IAM design and enforcement, multi-tenant isolation and account governance, and networking design Requisitos principales
