* Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team
* Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable educational programs
* Accurately update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce)
* Manage the full customer journey—from first contact to program booking
* Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Service team Core skills & experience
* University degree or diploma in a related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
