* Perform bioinformatic analysis of high-throughput omics datasets, including next-generation sequencing data.
* Develop predictive and prognostic statistical models within research projects related to solid organ transplantation.
* Identify, analyse and validate candidate biomarkers using multi-omics approaches.
* Contribute to preparation of internal reports, research proposals, scientific manuscripts and grant applications.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations for research meetings, scientific conferences and dissemination activities.
* Ensure the reproducibility and documentation of bioinformatic workflows following good research practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
