About the Role

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance program, ensuring it meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Investigate reported compliance breaches and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs to employees at all levels.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulatory changes, advising the business on their impact.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the board of directors.
- Promote a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Requirements

- Law degree (Grado en Derecho) or a related field,



with specialized training or certification in compliance (e.G., CCEP, CIPP).
- Proven experience (at least 4 years) in a compliance role, preferably within a corporate legal department or consultancy.
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR), anti-corruption laws, and other relevant legal frameworks.
- Experience in conducting internal investigations and audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
- Self-disciplined and highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and commit to a fully remote working arrangement.
