Overview

As an ETCS Software Engineer at Siemens Mobility, you will be the technical expert for ETCS sub-system behavior and configuration on national and international main line projects. You will design and tailor wayside ETCS software to project needs, support testing and safety teams, and drive the complete ATC engineering cycle from requirements to commissioning. Responsabilidades

- Act as the technical expert for ETCS sub-system behavior, engineering rules, and data preparation tools
- Engineer ETCS-specific configuration based on project requirements within budget and milestones




- Support testing, verification, and safety teams with software configuration issues and log analysis
- Drive all phases of the ATC application engineering cycle from requirements specification to implementation and commissioning
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation aligned with project requirements and regulations

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Solid experience in Rail Signaling, specifically ATC technologies (ERTMS, ASFA)
- Knowledge of SUBSET 026, 039, 040; familiarity with CENELEC standards and V-life Cycle models
- Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and data handling (Excel, VBA)
- Fluency in English
