In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the support needed regarding our products and services. Responsibilities
* Assist Hebrew-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services
* Deliver exceptional and personalized support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, employing a professional and empathetic approach
* Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance
* Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve more complex customer issues as needed
* Stay informed about product developments and company policies to provide up-to-date support Requirements
* Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence
* Ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
