As Global Product Line Manager - Screens, you drive the strategic direction and profitability of the Screens product line within a mission-driven company focused on zero-emissions mining. You will align Ru0026amp;D, regions, and service lines to deliver growth, margin, and reliable supply. The role combines market insight, pricing, and cross-functional leadership to shape the product roadmap and ensure customer value at scale. You work closely with global teams to translate strategy into profitable execution and ongoing excellence.

• Manage the Screens Global Product Line to meet operating income, revenue, CM and EBITA targets.
• Collaborate with Ru0026D to support the product development roadmap for the Service Line and new/improved products.
• Develop commercial strategy with Regions and Product Specialists for profitable growth.
• Coordinate with engineering and execution functions for products within the Service Line.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Establish and enforce global pricing aligned with overall pricing guidance.




• Maximize margin while supporting top-line targets and cost-efficient supply chain.
• Partner with Region sales to plan strategic, profitable growth in sales.
• Define global inventory levels, stocking locations, and sourcing strategies with Procurement and Regions.
• Support strategies for profitable revenues including retrofits/upgrades, professional services, and digital services.

Responsabilidades
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science; Masters degree highly regarded.
• Proven track record in service business growth and global product strategy development.
• Strong commercial (financial and legal) acumen.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead through influence.
• Detailed knowledge of mining and minerals processing technology.
• Good contracts management experience.
