Experteer Overview
As COO, you will scale and optimise Satispay’s operational foundations to support fast European growth. You’ll drive cross-functional excellence, standardise scalable processes, and build resilient systems to handle rapid user growth. You’ll lead and mentor teams, ensure data-driven decision making, and align operations with product, tech, risk/compliance, and business development. This role offers the chance to shape how we scale KPI-driven operations across multiple markets with a strong ownership culture.

Responsabilidades
• Proven executive experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in fast-growing scale-up, tech, or fintech
• Demonstrated success in designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to translate challenges into actionable frameworks
• Proven track record of building and empowering high-performing operational teams
• Hands-on execution focus in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
• Travel flexibility up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
