Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive scalable processes and end-to-end infrastructure initiatives to support Revolut’s rapid general growth. You’ll prioritise strategic projects, launch credit products in new markets, and enhance monetisation and retention of existing offerings. You’ll work at an operational level with credit teams to ensure seamless delivery, collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape products and customer experience. This is an opportunity to impact how millions of customers access credit in a fast-moving fintech.

Responsabilidades
• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
• Solid track record of owning and leading complex projects end to end
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller components
• Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
• Interest in the financial industry
