Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Integrated Management System to ensure quality, health, safety, environmental and energy standards across operations. You will head a cross-functional team and drive audits, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet IRIS 22163 and multiple ISO standards. You’ll partner with site leadership to align regulatory requirements with customer expectations and certification processes. This position offers strategic influence across departments and a chance to shape sustainability and safety culture at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) across IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and Wabtec standards
• Lead internal audit program and manage corrective actions across all standards
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate management reviews and STRAP context reviews, risk and opportunity management, and changes in legal requirements
• Oversee IRIS 22163 implementation and rail-specific quality and safety requirements
• Promote safety culture,



perform risk assessments and lead CAPA activities
• Design and deliver health and safety training aligned with Wabtec guidelines
• Investigate incidents, maintain reporting and drive corrective/preventive actions
• Prepare regulatory reports and stay updated on legislation and best practices
• Lead emergency preparedness planning and conduct drills
• Collaborate with Sales on Customer Survey feedback and action planning

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or environmental science
• Minimum 5 years in quality, safety, environmental, or energy management roles
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IRIS 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
• Auditing experience (internal/external) and CAPA handling
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Willingness to work across multiple sites (Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Madrid)
• Regulatory liaison with certification bodies and authorities
