A Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist role with an international e-commerce company, focused on customer support, complex case resolution, cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement. Critical Requirements Native/near-native Dutch and fluent English Minimum 1 year of fast-paced customer-facing experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Calm and resilient under pressure Comfortable working with KPIs and multiple channels Based in or near Valencia, with EU work eligibility (no visa sponsorship) Available to start ASAP What's on Offer 1 month of accommodation if relocating Priority: ACTIVE
