Experteer Overview In this role you operate advanced real-time simulators to validate protection relays and controllers in real-world scenarios. You will work with international engineering teams, troubleshoot complex system behavior, and contribute to diverse projects across power system applications. The position focuses on hands-on testing, analysis, and engineering studies to ensure robust protection and control solutions. You’ll engage in knowledge sharing and technical communications to drive project success.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Execute engineering and consulting projects within the CoE, including scope, budget and quality management
- Perform Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) tests using real-time simulators and Factory Acceptance Tests
- Analyze and troubleshoot real-time simulation scenarios
- Conduct studies across transmission, distribution, and industrial segments (short circuit, load flow, arc-flash, protection coordination)
- Create relay setting files and configure protection, control,



and communication elements for GE and third-party relays
- Develop test setups, plans, and test cases with wiring diagrams and configurations
- Prepare test and project reports and deliverables
- Contribute to technical papers for conferences and venuesResponsabilidades
- BS in Electrical, Computer or Power Systems Engineering; MS preferred
- Minimum 2years' experience in protection, control, and automation applications
- Strong understanding of power system phenomena in transmission and distribution
- Knowledge of protection relays, automation, control, and communication protocols

- Technical skills to execute projects, identify opportunities, and draft SOW proposals
