Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end procurement for RavenPack, focusing on software and SaaS across a global vendor base. You’ll negotiate terms with vendors, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and internal teams, and manage the procurement lifecycle from intake to renewal. You’ll help refine our AI-driven procurement platform while ensuring compliance and efficiency. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position reporting to the CFO with significant stakeholder exposure and impact on cost and risk management.

Responsabilidades
- Single point of contact for all procurement requests, onboarding vendors, contract signatures, and renewals
- Lead commercial negotiations with software, SaaS, and service partners to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and requesting teams to move vendor reviews forward without delays
- Support IT Operations in negotiations for larger technical purchases
- Manage renewal calendar, review usage, right-size licenses, and renegotiate where appropriate
- Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant




- Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation in the platform
- Monitor vendor performance and manage ongoing supplier relationships, including SLAs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by consolidating tools and removing unused licenses
- Prepare reports on procurement activity, spend, and savings for Finance and senior management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement platform, workflows, and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approvals

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in procurement or purchasing with hands-on negotiations and vendor relationships
- Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services
- Comfort speaking with technical teams and IT/engineering in their language
- Strong negotiation skills with documented savings
- Proactive mindset to improve terms and reduce spend
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and engage senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills for renewals and requests
- Experience with procurement tools or ERP modules; interest in AI-enabled tools
- Clear communication in both Spanish and English
