Experteer Overview
In this role you implement and support Philips Digital Pathology IT solutions for European customers, enabling high‑quality digital pathology workflows. You work remotely within a European team, handling deployments, upgrades, incident and problem management, and customer troubleshooting. You travel up to 10% to support clients, gaining exposure across scanners, software, and AI integrations. This is an opportunity to drive digital pathology adoption at scale within healthcare.

Responsabilidades
• Windows OS, Microsoft SQL, Active Directory, Group Policies, VMware, and networking knowledge
• 2+ years IT experience with Vocational Education or no experience with a bachelor’s degree
• ability to troubleshoot complex problems and perform root-cause analysis
• strong team-player mindset
• fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional Italian or French is a plus
• ability to travel up to 10% for customer support in Europe
• experience in healthcare, Digital Pathology, or laboratory workflows is advantageous
