Experteer Overview As Business Unit Manager, you coordinate strategic development, tactical execution, and financial planning for Sales and Marketing related to the Brand Strategy. You lead Marketing and Sales teams to maximize brand performance while keeping patient focus at the center and ensuring compliance. You drive new business generation, product launches, and maintenance of existing lines, partnering with affiliates and country units. • Relevant university degree (Science/Applied Science/Business)
• Significant Marketing/Brand Management and omni-channel experience with in-field Sales/Medical/Market Access exposure
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional and field teams
• Therapeutic area experience across multiple indications
• Strong financial acumen with Pu0026L and budget management skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing actions
• Change agent with awareness of future pharma trends
